Return Policy

All sales are final.

In the rare event a return is approved at Durcon's sole discretion, the following terms apply:

• Restocking Fee: 50% of the product price.
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to Durcon.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization (RMA).

This policy applies to non-defective products. For issues related to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please contact us promptly so we can assist under the applicable warranty or freight claims process.
