Return Policy
All sales are final.
In the rare event a return is approved at Durcon's sole discretion, the following terms apply:
- Restocking Fee: 50% of the product price.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to Durcon.
- Non-Payment: EpoxySinks.com will assess a 10% monthly storage fee on all "ready to ship" sinks that have been manufactured but not paid for by the customer. If payment is not received within 30 days of completion, EpoxySinks.com may, at its sole discretion, cancel the order and relinquish all associated product allocations.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization (RMA).
This policy applies to non-defective products. For issues related to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please contact us promptly so we can assist under the applicable warranty or freight claims process.
